Location

This year's meeting is hosted by the Florida Institute of Technology located in Melbourne, FL.  FIT is located at 150 W. University, Melbourne, FL.  The meeting will take place in the auditorium of the Olin Life Sciences Building.

Campus Information

The FIT visitors website has abundant information about the University and the local area.  We are fortunate to be located minutes away from the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean in central Florida.  While at the University, please feel free to visit the Botanical Gardens and the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts which are located on campus, and are open to the public and free.  We are 30 min from world famous Cocoa Beach and less than 1 hour from the Kennedy Space Center.

Accommodations

Although this is only a one day meeting, you are welcome to stay before and after the meeting and enjoy the local attractions.  Several hotels are nearby FIT.

parking

Park in Lot 17 (note: North is to the left on the map).  Walk west to the Olin Life Sciences Building.  At the meeting check-in desk, you will receive your name badge and a parking pass.  Please display the parking pass on the front dash of your car.
